Returns Policy
You may return intact, unopened and/or undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note that it is mandatory for customer to provide a Return Delivery Note with signatory and clinic stamp together with the product(s). Product return will not be accepted if Return Delivery Note does not have signatory and/or clinic stamp. Please inform your account manager to collect from your clinic.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks upon submission of Return Delivery Note. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to any dental clinic address in the Singapore. All orders are either delivered by our sales representatives or appointed courier partner. Shipping will take 2-3 working days to reach.
